Eugine Ng’arwa is a detail-oriented accountant with experience in financial management, bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting. He joined Diabetes Awareness Trust (DAT) in March 2026 as the Accounts Assistant, where he supports the organization in maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring budget utilization, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.

Prior to joining DAT, Eugine worked with the County Government of Vihiga as a Volunteer Budget Officer and Office Assistant in the Finance Department, where he gained practical experience in budgeting processes, financial documentation, and public sector financial procedures.

Eugine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, has training in accounting software including QuickBooks, and is currently pursuing the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Intermediate Level. He is committed to professionalism, transparency, and continuous learning to strengthen financial accountability and support effective program implementation.
